Field Sobriety Test Paul Green
"
Based on an old science demonstration used to illustrate Lenz's Law, this routine has some great laughs built in to make it a memorable piece direct from Paul Green's professional repertoire.
The magician shows the latest apparatus used by the Highway Patrol to determine sobriety and reaction times. The spectator has problems, but when the magician is tested, he has incredible results.
A long length of copper pipe is shown along with a small ball bearing. The spectator is asked to drop the bearing through the tube and catch it as it drops out the opposite side. Gravity and the reaction time of the spectator cause the spectator to have a difficult time. When the magician tries, the bearing seems to be stuck in a "time warp" allowing the magician more than enough time to catch the falling ball bearing.
The ball really seems to be falling in slow motion....you have to see it to believe it!
